Price note: Starbucks prices vary by coffeehouse, size, customization and ordering channel. The Starbucks at 16 York St, Toronto, Ontario was used as the Canadian location reference for availability. Starbucks does not publish one national store-price list, so prices below are Canadian reference prices rather than official fixed nationwide pricing.
Starbucks Canada’s fall menu is live now, and September 29 adds the new Aerocano plus Khloud Protein Popcorn. Seasonal products are separated from the core menu so older fall items are not accidentally presented as permanent.

Starbucks Fall Menu 2026
Starbucks Canada’s fall menu launched August 25 and is now joined by the Aerocano and Khloud Protein Popcorn beginning September 29. The seasonal lineup spans pumpkin, pecan, banana-bread-inspired drinks, Chaider and Canadian-made mini pies.
Hot Coffee & Espresso
Cold Coffee & Iced Espresso
Protein Beverages
Protein drinks are now a dedicated category on the Starbucks Canada menu. Protein-boosted Milk is dairy-based and uses whey protein isolate, while protein cold foams can be added to many drinks. Starbucks says protein lattes and drinks made with Protein-boosted Milk generally provide 27–36 g of protein depending on the recipe and size.
Protein customization pricing depends on the selected café. Starbucks also offers plant-based bottled protein shakes, but Protein-boosted Milk itself is made with 2% milk and whey protein.
Starbucks Refreshers
Frappuccino Blended Beverages
Starbucks Canada separates Frappuccino drinks into coffee-based and crème categories. Prices vary by café and customization, while the calorie figures below use standard grande recipes.
Tea, Chai & Matcha
Breakfast
Breakfast food is available throughout much of the day while supplies last, rather than being tied to a short morning-only window at every store.

Starbucks Rewards & Free Refills
Starbucks redesigned its Canadian Rewards program on March 10, 2026 with three membership levels: Green, Gold and Reserve. Members move up by earning Stars, and higher levels earn Stars faster.
Current Canadian redemption tiers include 25 Stars for an eligible drink customization, 60 Stars for $2 off a qualifying purchase, 100 Stars for brewed coffee or tea, bakery or packaged snacks up to the program limit, 200 Stars for a handcrafted beverage or hot breakfast item, 300 Stars for a sandwich or packaged coffee, and 400 Stars for select merchandise.
Starbucks Canada also currently offers free same-visit refills of hot or iced brewed coffee or tea at participating stores. Cold Brew, Nitro Cold Brew, Iced Tea Lemonade, flavoured iced tea and Starbucks Refreshers base are excluded.
Nutrition, Milk & Customization
Drink calories change quickly with cup size, milk, syrup, cold foam, whipped cream and espresso additions. The tables use standard Canadian reference configurations; a customized drink should not be assumed to have the same calorie total.
Starbucks Canada currently lets customers choose nondairy beverages such as oat, almond, coconut or soy at no additional charge. Customers can also adjust sweetness, espresso, toppings and temperature. Anyone managing a food allergy should review the current ingredient information because shared equipment and customization can affect cross-contact.
